NRI-FRR Annual Meeting Registration

Registration opens July 31 , 2025, and availability is limited. 

Due to the anticipated demand, priority to register will be given to the following applicants: 

1. Project participants in active NRI and FRR projects 
2. Aspiring PIs: Please register as soon as possible to secure your spot in the meeting! 

Remaining registrations will be made available to: 

1. Roboticists from EPSCOR states who have never received NSF grants 
2. Roboticists who had active NRI or FRR projects in the past 10 years 

NOTE: Travel support in the form of 2-nights maximum hotel stay will be provided to a limited number of aspiring PIs, and discounted rates are available to all at the host hotel prior to Tuesday, September 30.
